A pole-pruning system should be quoted as a defined assembly. The working head, pole format, connection parts and power supply all contribute to the product the customer will receive. A photograph of several components is useful only when the contents list explains which combination belongs to the offer.
DUPOW's DUP-GT-008 and DUP-GT-009 provide two system formats to review. GT008 is listed as an assembled telescopic system. GT009 is listed as a multi-section extension system. Their working-head families include pruning-shear and mini-chainsaw options, with the quoted head identified in the offer.

Begin with the working-head requirement
State whether the buyer wants a pruning-shear head, a mini-chainsaw head or separately defined offers for each. Keep the intended work with that choice. The two head types should not inherit one another's capacity descriptions simply because they belong to the same system family.
For a shear-head request, identify the head and its model-specific cutting information. For a chainsaw-head request, identify the head and the matching guide-bar and chain configuration. The pruning-shear guide and mini-chainsaw guide address those separate selection questions. Their handheld model figures should not be copied to an unspecified pole head.
If a kit is intended to include more than one working head, list each one as an individual item. Make the contents clear before deciding how the package should be presented on a retail page.
Distinguish the pole formats
GT008 and GT009 should retain their different format descriptions. An assembled telescopic system and a multi-section extension system involve different component lists and different ways to describe the configuration to the customer.
| Model | Listed pole format | Head selection in the quotation | Packing information to define |
|---|---|---|---|
| DUP-GT-008 | Assembled telescopic system | Identify the quoted pruning-shear or mini-chainsaw head | Supplied assembly, adjustment configuration and included components |
| DUP-GT-009 | Multi-section extension system | Identify the quoted pruning-shear or mini-chainsaw head | Section identities, quantities, connections and included components |
Record the dimensions of the proposed assembly from the corresponding model information or sample review. Keep the assembled length, any adjustment range and packed dimensions as different fields. Do not estimate an operating height from a product photograph or combine the pole length with an assumed user's reach.
Create a component schedule for the complete system
Give the working head, pole sections, connectors, controls and supplied accessories clear identities in the quotation. The buyer should be able to tell which parts make up one saleable kit and which items are additional options.
For a multi-section system, record the quantity of each section and how the quoted assembly is identified. For a telescopic format, record the supplied assembly and the adjustment information used in the product description. Keep those records connected to the selected model instead of using a generic “extension pole included” statement for every offer.
The schedule should also identify the agreed battery and charger references. A shared 20V description is not a complete specification of the physical or electrical combination. Approve the complete arrangement that will be supplied with the system.

Review the supplied assembly as a system
Use the sample to identify the quoted components and the connections between them. Check the product description against the actual supplied arrangement and retain the agreed assembly instructions with the review. A system should not be approved solely from unrelated photographs of its individual parts.
List the working functions the buyer needs to assess and the configuration to be used for that review. Record the working head, pole arrangement, battery and accessories with any observations. If a particular connection or adjustment feature is important to the channel, include it explicitly in the review brief.
Keep operating procedures tied to the selected product's instructions. A buying guide can organize the evidence and package identity; the product's assembly and use instructions describe how that particular system is to be handled.
Make the retail contents easy to understand
Use a contents diagram or itemized photograph of the selected kit. Label the head, supplied pole components, power items and accessories so that a retailer can explain the package without relying on the number of objects visible in a broad promotional image.
If the sales program includes several head or power options, create a separate contents list for each retail SKU. Keep photographs, package text and the quotation aligned with that list. The private-label packaging checklist helps manage the wider artwork and packing approval.
For a wider cordless range, use the 20V platform guide to organize the battery and charger side. The pole-system schedule should still identify its own approved combination and contents.
Define service items with the parent system
Keep the working-head and pole-component references with the GT008 or GT009 record. A replacement request should identify the parent system and version as well as the item needed. Similar-looking connections or a shared head description are not enough to establish interchangeability.
Send the selected format, working head, component quantities, power configuration and packing requirements in the RFQ brief. This makes the supplier's response a quotation for a defined system rather than a price attached to an ambiguous photograph.
Buyer FAQs
What is the main format difference between GT008 and GT009?
GT008 is listed as an assembled telescopic system, while GT009 is listed as a multi-section extension system. Keep the corresponding component and assembly information with each model.
Does a system quotation include both working-head types?
The quotation should identify each supplied head. The pruning-shear and mini-chainsaw head families do not mean every offer includes both.
Can operating reach be estimated from the picture?
Use the dimensions and configuration documented for the selected assembly. Keep pole length separate from any claimed operating height, and do not add an assumed user's reach.
What should be listed for a complete kit?
Identify the parent model, working head, pole sections or supplied assembly, connection items, battery and charger references, accessories, instructions and packing.
Request a defined pole-pruning system offer with the head and assembly format your channel needs.
