A compact HVLP range can cover furniture, fences, doors, cabinets and general decorative work, but the products should not be treated as interchangeable. Buyers need to compare the actual coating task, material preparation, airflow and output control, container, nozzle set, cleaning process and power system.

Choose the user and task before the power source

Cordless sprayers can support mobility and shorter work away from a socket. Corded models avoid battery-runtime planning and may suit longer stationary tasks. Neither is automatically the better product: the useful choice depends on coating area, working time, material, refill frequency, target finish and the platform already sold by the importer.

Make each configuration comparable

Supplier data should be organized in the same format for every shortlisted model. Compare rated input or approved battery platform, container capacity, stated flow or output range, available spray patterns, supplied nozzle sizes, viscosity guidance, hose arrangement where applicable, and net working weight. Treat marketing words such as “high power” as incomplete until they are tied to measurable specifications.

Buyer checkpointRequest a controlled sample configuration with the exact container, nozzle set, cleaning accessories, battery or cable, labels and instructions included in the quotation.

Match nozzles and material guidance to the intended channel

A useful nozzle set helps the buyer cover the intended material and finish range, but compatibility must be confirmed against the coating supplier's instructions and the sprayer manual. Record which nozzle belongs to the approved sample, how it is identified, and whether replacements can be ordered with the same reference.

Review ergonomics with a filled container

A catalogue weight does not describe balance during use. Review the sprayer with the intended container fill and, for cordless products, the specified battery pack. Trigger reach, grip position, adjustment access, refill handling and cleaning effort can be more important to return rates than a small difference in headline power.

Control cleaning and service expectations

Confirm which components the user removes for cleaning, which seals and nozzles are replaceable, and what cleaning guidance will appear in the manual. Packaging should protect precision parts and keep small accessories identifiable. For private-label programs, approve the parts diagram, accessory list and after-sales references alongside the carton artwork.

Plan corded and cordless models as one range

A focused opening range might use one cordless model for mobility, one compact corded model for entry price and one higher-output corded model for broader applications. The exact range should reflect the target market rather than duplicate similar products. DUPOW currently provides reviewed family pages for cordless and corded sprayers so buyers can compare real configurations before requesting a quotation.

HVLP range RFQ checklist

  • Destination market and customer type
  • Typical coatings and application surfaces
  • Expected job size and working duration
  • Corded voltage and frequency, or approved battery platform
  • Container capacity and refill preference
  • Nozzle sizes, spray patterns and adjustment requirements
  • Cleaning accessories and replacement-parts scope
  • Required battery, charger, cable and plug configuration
  • OEM color, branding, carton and manual languages
  • Estimated quantity by model and kit
  • Required inspection and document checkpoints

Compare the DUPOW HVLP paint sprayer families, including the focused DUP-SG-001 cordless sprayer and DUP-SG-005 corded sprayer, then send one consolidated RFQ.

Application examples are selection guidance, not a performance or coating-compatibility guarantee. Confirm the coating manufacturer's instructions, exact sample, destination-market requirements and production configuration before approval.
